• Orders under £75 (net): £7.95 delivery charge
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Customised items are non-returnable, unless faulty
• Faulty or damaged items? Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Refunds exclude return shipping costs
• Exchanges are available for eligible items (non-customised) — just let us know in your return request

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with your order number and a photo at sales@egclothing.co.uk — we'll sort it out ASAP.
