  • Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £75 (ex VAT)
  • Orders under £75 (net): £7.95 delivery charge
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships (please allow 48 hours for tracking to update)

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Customised items are non-returnable, unless faulty
  • Faulty or damaged items? Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Refunds exclude return shipping costs
